MOUNTAIN VERDICCHIO

when men and mountains meet."

For those who love to enjoy the moment, and for those who love to share it. Supèra is a fresh and elegant wine. Pure expression of the climate, the soil and the vine from which it originates, the Matelica Valley. There isn’t a yesterday nor a tomorrow, but only here and now.
Unlike other Marche valleys that follow the course of the rivers toward the sea, Matelica valley is nestled in the Apennines from north to south. The vineyards of this valley, protected on its eastern side from the influence of the sea elements and on its western side from the westerly gale, rise over lean, permeable and calcareous soils, once home to an ancient salt basin. This particular microclimate makes the valley of Matelica a unique territory in the Marche region. The significant temperature variation, between the sunny days and the cool Apennine evenings, grants liveliness and lavishness of aromas to a mountain vine that has never seen the sea.
